A reader has reviewed some Daschle mansion photos used by the real estate agent during the sale. Washington Fine Properties originally listed the mansion at $2.85 million and offered this description:
Savor the luxury of superbly designed elegance coupled with the casual comfort required for the many activities of gracious family life. No detail has been overlooked in the thoughtful renovation of this beautifully appointed well maintained floorplan. Sunlight floods four generous floors overlooking private manicured grounds, terraces, and a lovely heated pool. This picturesque brick colonial is beautifully sited behind a circular drive and lush mature plantings in one of Washington's most coveted neighborhoods near downtown, shopping, restaurants, parks and all regional airports.
This is the photo of the Loggia, whatever that is. Stay tuned for pictures of the Great Hall and pool.
